14-day return right
All products have a statutory 14-day right of return from the day you receive the order.
Cancelling before shipment
You can also cancel before shipment by contacting us promptly.
Return conditions
- You may inspect the goods as in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund.
- Pack goods securely. Opening the original packaging does not itself remove your withdrawal right.
- Include the order number.
How to return
- Notify us at info@ikigaipickleball.fi.
- Return the goods within 14 days of your notice.
- Send to the return address.
- We refund payments and the least expensive standard delivery within 14 days of your notice. We may wait for the goods or evidence of return shipment.
